Chief Operations Officer
With years of leadership experience in the pharmacy industry, Blake passionately manages pharmacy services and customer care by inspiring and motivating his team. He closely collaborates with agencies and pharmacies, prioritizing quality care and championing innovative solutions.
Mary Howard
Chief Financial Officer
Mary, our CFO since 2022, has a rich background in financial reporting and leadership in healthcare and private equity businesses. She is a respected leader with an understanding of details with a focus on creating channels of communication with boards, colleagues, and providers we support.
Marc Altholz
Chief Sales Officer
Marc joined as Chief Sales Officer in 2021, managing sales and marketing. He’s committed to providing superior pharmacy services to those assisting individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities. His team creates innovative services, educational tools, and varied marketing initiatives.
Ruben Soto
Chief Information Officer
Ruben brings over 20 years of experience in IT leadership, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. He has a strong track record of optimizing enterprise systems, enhancing security, and driving innovation in healthcare and technology-driven businesses. A strategic and hands-on leader, Ruben focuses on aligning technology with business goals while fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Zach Corbell, PharmD
Vice President of Operations
Zach’s dedication to the IDD community transformed Tarrytown Expocare from a local pharmacy into a national provider. Originally our Pharmacist-in-Charge and now our VP of Operations, his leadership and passion continue to inspire what we do and how we do it.
Kristi Torres, PharmD
Director of Account Management
Clinically minded and community-focused, Kristi leads our account management team. She works closely with providers to overcome challenges and develop solutions while providing excellent care. Her compassion and dedication significantly impact both our pharmacy and those we serve.
Deb Maloy, RN, CDDN
Director of Education and Development
Deb is a registered nurse with over 38 years of experience specializing in IDD. As a certified developmental disability (DD) nurse, president of the Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association, and our director of education and development, she leads training, webinars, and more.
Kathy Brown, RN, CDDN
Director of Business Development
With 40+ years in IDD, Kathy is dedicated to advancing DD nursing certification, promoting the Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association, and supporting the IDD and behavioral health community. At Tarrytown Expocare, she shares her passion for medication administration rights while providing helpful resources and industry updates.
Nanette Wrobel, RPh
Director of Business Development
Nanette, a pharmacist with 40+ years of experience, specializes in clinical health and medication education for healthcare professionals who support individuals with IDD. At Tarrytown Expocare, she is a key resource who uses her knowledge to provide clinical insight and educational resources.

Vice President of Corporate Development
Conor has over a decade of experience in investment banking and corporate development, specializing in M&A, capital-raising, and strategic initiatives. Passionate about the IDD community, he aims to use his expertise to improve the lives of people with disabilities by expanding the reach and capabilities of Tarrytown Expocare’s services.
Sarah Howden
Vice President of Human Resources
With over 15 years of experience in senior-level HR roles for nationally ranked leaders in quality care, Sarah’s understanding of the healthcare sector and strong interpersonal skills make her an essential part of Tarrytown Expocare’s culture. Her ability to foster connections with employees and stakeholders ensures a collaborative and thriving workplace, underscoring her effectiveness as our Human Resources leader.
Stephanie Kelly
Vice President of FP&A
Stephanie leads financial forecasting, acquisition diligence, and financial integration to support Tarrytown Expocare’s continued growth. She brings over a decade of experience in strategic finance, including five years in corporate FP&A at ExxonMobil, and holds an MBA in strategic finance from The University of Texas. She is deeply passionate about the IDD community and the impact of Tarrytown’s mission.
Bobby Springer
Vice President of Project Management
Bobby is a healthcare and a strategy/project management executive with 25+ years of success building and scaling high-performing, service-driven organizations across healthcare, behavioral health, technology and financial services. He has led multiple enterprise-wide operational and clinical transformation initiatives across large health systems. He has a passion for aligning post-sale services, multi-site operations and high-performance teams to accelerate growth and enterprise value.
Erin Sullivan
Vice President of Marketing
Erin brings deep expertise in building and scaling high-performing marketing engines that drive growth, strengthen brand presence, and increase enterprise value. She has led demand generation, account-based marketing, field, and digital strategies across healthcare, SaaS, consumer goods, and nonprofit sectors, and holds an MBA in Marketing and an MA in Journalism from the University of Georgia.
Heather Wilson
Vice President of Applications
Heather is a healthcare technology executive with extensive experience leading enterprise applications across pharmacy, clinical, and long-term care operations. As Vice President of Applications, she drives strategy, governance, and innovation to align technology with organizational goals. A registered nurse and certified pharmacy technician, she combines clinical insight with IT leadership to advance digital transformation.
